Delivery Information
For orders placed before 12.00 hrs (GMT time) – 13.00 hrs (CET time), including confirmation of payment, we guarantee shipment on the same business day unless noted otherwise. We will send the customer shipping confirmation and tracking code as soon as the order is handed to the shipping company. In case of delay, we will notify the customer via e-mail.
Corona Virus Update: Please note due to the COVID-19 pandemic although our service provider (Royal Mail) is doing their utmost to keep us connected, some services may be disrupted which may cause a delay.

We aim to keep all of our delivery times as stated below, but please bear in mind your order may take a little longer to arrive than usual. We thank you for your patience.

UK 1-2 working days
UK 3-4 working days
EU: 5-7 working days
RoW: 7-10 working days
Orders sent to addresses outside the UK may be subject to local taxes, duties, etc. upon arrival. The shipping provider may also impose additional brokerage fees or other surcharges as part of the customs and tax process.
Please note that:
A complete and accurate delivery address is essential. We are unable to revise the shipping address once your order has been prepared for shipment. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we will contact the customer immediately for a correction. The package will then be re-shipped for an additional shipping fee.
We do accept deliveries to HM Forces (BFPO), whilst it is not possible to deliver to freight forwarders, hotels or PO Boxes.
We don’t process orders on either weekends or public holidays and we don’t deliver on public holidays. Our warehouse is closed between Christmas Eve and New Year’s Day, reopening on the first working day of the year.
We may from time to time offer products for pre-orders. In such case we will not be able to ship within the delivery terms as set out above and will inform the customer of the expected shipping date when known.
If an order is subject to review due to a suspicion of fraud, delivery may be delayed and/or cancelled.
