Returns
We are confident that you will love your new Aircharge product, however our priority is to be certain of your 100% satisfaction with your purchase. If for any reason you are unsatisfied, simply let us know and return the product within 30 days from the purchase of the item.
In order to return your product, please check that:

You have purchased the product directly from Aircharge (via phone or our website). Aircharge products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.

You begin the return process here within 30 days from purchase and return the item within 7 days of opening a return request. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase or we do not receive your return within 7 days of the return request being opened, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or exchange.

The product is returned in the original packaging, with all materials included, and in new or as-new condition.

If conditions are not met, Aircharge reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee of 20%.

Claims for damaged or missing items must be received within 2 business days of receipt of the item.
Exchanges and Refunds
When returning an item, you have the option of receiving a refund for the full amount of the original purchase price or exchanging the item. Aircharge does not have an upgrade policy and cannot exchange for another product.
Once we receive your return, we will process your request within 7 business days. Once the return has been processed, you will receive an e-mail confirming that your refund has been applied to your original form of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement. Please note that we do not refund original shipping costs.
How to return an item
To return an item, please complete the form here and we will provide specific return instructions. Please allow 1 business day for our response. We will not accept returns without prior authorisation. Once you receive our response please send the return as directed to arrive with us within 7 days. If we do not receive your item within this time your return request will be closed and no refund will be considered.
Shipping costs to our offices are your responsibility; shipping costs back to you are paid by Aircharge. We recommend that you use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and either insure your package for safe return or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to use a carrier that offers tracking or insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.
Defective product
We stand for the quality of our Aircharge products and we offer a 1 year full warranty on all products sold.
The Aircharge warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in every Aircharge product for 1 year from the date of purchase from Aircharge.
If you discover what you believe is a product defect, please contact Aircharge at support@air-charge.com. Our Support team will assess the issue remotely and provide specific return instructions if the case. All costs associated with shipping the product to Aircharge for inspection will be borne solely by the purchaser.
Aircharge reserves the right to review the returned product. If you have made a valid claim under the Aircharge Warranty and have returned the product in accordance with the procedure set above, we will repair or replace any defective product and ship back free of cost.
If we determine that a fault or defect is not covered under the Aircharge warranty, we will notify you and inform you of any service or replacement alternatives that are available to you for an additional fee.
If we determine that you have misrepresented a returned product's condition and that the product does not have any defect or damage, we may impose up to a £50 handling fee and will not cover shipping costs in case you want the product be re-delivered.
The warranty period is not extended if we repair or replace your product.
There are some exclusions to the Aircharge Warranty, including but not limited to:

Problems that result from external causes such as accident, abuse or misuse;

Use that is not in accordance with the Aircharge product instructions;

Products which have had their housings opened or are otherwise tampered with;

Problems caused by using third party accessories, parts, or components;

Damages resulting from normal wear and tear, loss or theft.
