Aircharge announces the largest deployment of Qi wireless charging points in a single restaurant site

McDonald’s today, 9th August 2018, unveiled its re-imagined flagship restaurant at Clark and Ontario streets in Chicago, showcasing a one-of-a-kind modern and environmentally-friendly design and enhanced customer experience with self-order kiosks, table service, mobile order and payment, and table-top Qi wireless charging from Aircharge.

With over 70 Aircharge wireless charging positions installed in tables and benches, this is the largest deployment of Qi wireless charging points in a single restaurant site.

The 19,000-square-foot steel and wood timber constructed restaurant was inspired by McDonald’s commitment to sustainability and has abundant green spaces and energy saving features.
