LG releases the new LG G8X ThinQ with Qi-Certified wireless charging

The LG G8X ThinQ is LG’s response to foldable phones like the Samsung Galaxy Fold and Huawei Mate X launched earlier this year, featuring a dual screen attachment to the main smartphone body in this case.

Like the LG G8 ThinQ announced at MWC 2019 in February, the LG G8X also integrates Qi-Certified wireless charging, ensuring hassle-free battery top-ups. LG’s long commitment to inductive charging dates back to 2012 and since then 16 smartphone models have been released featuring this technology.

The new LG G8X ThinQ is fully compatible with Aircharge's range of wireless charging accessories for the home, such as the Fast Dual Charger and the stylish Executive Fast Wireless Charger.
