At the heart of this innovation are fifty digital markers placed around the facility. These markers a simple and intuitive way for guests to access the Aircharge+ landing page by scanning the QR code or tapping the NFC (Near Field Communications). Aircharge’s digital marker/software solution empowers guests in multiple ways including a way to order food and drinks at their table, view membership details, and access information and class schedules for the fitness centre and aquatics centre. The landing page also allows provides guests with a voice enabling them to leave honest reviews and submit feedback.
