mPhone Electronics & Technologies is a corporation which manufactures and supplies consumer electronics products including next generation smartphones. It is an Indian based company promoted by three Kerala-based entrepreneurs. They introduced wireless charging into their mPhone 8 handset in 2016.

HOW TO USE WIRELESS CHARGING WITH YOUR MPHONE HANDSET

The mPhone 8 has Qi wireless charging pre-installed, and so is compatible with Qi wireless chargers such as those found in public spaces and in vehicles, as well as the complete Aircharge range. When using this model, simply place the handset on a Qi wireless charger to start charging.

In Aircharge public spaces, owners of non-Qi devices can utilise wireless charging technology through the use of the Aircharge Orb, the world’s first and only MFi Certified multi-head adaptor. Simply plug the appropriate connector into the phone's charging port and place the orb on the Aircharge surface charger for instant power. Alternatively, accessories such as the Aircharge keyring or Micro-USB receiver can be plugged into a device and placed on a wireless charger to transfer charge to the handset.
